We've all filled out Google Forms at some time or another. They're useful for collecting information from large numbers of people. Teachers and administrators can use them for anything from anonymous surveys to graded quizzes. If you've completed Google Forms sent to you by others and have been wondering how to create your own, here's a handy getting started guide for newbies:
The responses collected by your Google Form are organized on a Google Sheet. Here's a video (thanks to Will for the suggestion) that explains the process for auto-answering questions on a form based on info you already have in a spreadsheet:
